This reduces the volatilization loss of media and ensures the efficiency of material transportation.
For maintenance work on chemical installations, prefabricated aerogel insulation modules can be customized for easy disassembly and reuse, greatly shortening maintenance periods and reducing operational costs. With its chemical stability against acid and alkali corrosion, aerogel is well-suited to the complex media environment of the chemical industry. Its service life can be more than three times that of traditional insulation materials, enabling chemical enterprises to achieve both energy conservation, efficiency improvement and safe production.
